【記者郭穗台北報導】台北市政府移送大巨蛋案，總統府發言人陳以信16日表示，總統馬英九的清白絕對經得起最嚴格的檢驗，馬總統早已宣示如有必要，願意全力配合檢調單位偵辦。
對於台北市政府移送大巨蛋案，台北地檢署以「他」字案進行調查，陳以信說，馬總統早已宣示如有必要，願意全力配合檢調單位偵辦，由司法進行公平、公正、公開的調查。
不過，陳以信指出，台北市廉委會的公信力去年即已備受外界質疑，連台北市長柯文哲最後都把「五大弊案」改口為「五大案」，如今既然因廉委會送案而調查，馬總統當然會尊重司法程序。
陳以信質疑，既然柯文哲與北市府法務局長楊芳玲，都曾公開表示大巨蛋案「合法，不合理」，如果到時候證明馬總統並無不法，誰來還他一個公道呢？因此陳以信強調，柯文哲應該勇敢站出來，負起控告馬總統所應負的政治與法律責任，柯文哲絕沒有置身於外，意圖躲在廉委會背後的道理。
陳以信指出，去年針對外界不實指控馬總統收取不當政治獻金之事，特偵組曾以近6個月時間，傳喚110名證人，調閱馬總統本人與其三親等以內親人所有銀行帳戶資料10萬筆，並調查相關機關57個之後，去年6月間以查無不法簽結，還給馬總統清白。2016/3/16
